In our one-on-one sessions, you’ll have our undivided attention. We’ll set intentions together and target your need areas.

These sessions will help you focus on your breath, learning to breathe properly by adding fresh air and detoxifying your lungs; increasing your circulation from your toes to your fingertips; and developing all of your muscles equally, so you activate each part of your body.

Whether you’re looking to improve your overall fitness, gain strength or prevent and/or manage pain & injury, we will guide you through a personalized program.

Keeping on track is easier when you’re not only accountable to yourself and your instructor but to a friend or partner too.

Our duo sessions give you personalized instruction with the added benefit of having a friend to cheer you on.

We work with you both to improve your flexibility, your range of motion and your ability to maintain strength throughout movements. This preventative body care works on the articulation and decompression of joints so you can look towards your future and continue to enjoy the activities you love.

(Pre-Registered) In the company of a small group, we focus on your individual needs in a fun and vibrant environment.

These 6-week programs allow you to gain a deep understanding of how your body functions through movement and how to support its needs. As the classes progress you’ll learn the fundamentals and foundational movements that grow in complexity and level of difficulty each week.

Taught on the mat, you’ll learn new techniques to help your body tone and strengthen, methods to control your breathing and ways to centre yourself. Your regular practice will open and lengthen your spine, bring body awareness through whole body movement, circulate your blood and leave you feeling alive!
